Project Overview
This is a B2B workforce management console for staffing and outsourcing companies. It digitizes the entire process of 'client request → talent matching → commuting → settlement and certificate issuance' through AI conversational matching, location-based commuting analysis, and document automation. We have built a dark theme console for operators along with a public website for clients.
Introducing AI conversational matching
By analyzing experience, qualifications, and commuting distance, we have significantly reduced manager review time with a natural language matching assistant that calculates a matching score out of 100.
Location-based regional matching
Visualizing the distribution of partners and talent on a Leaflet map, supporting optimal placement considering commuting distances within a 25km radius.
Document administrative automation
We have shortened repetitive administrative tasks with automatic recognition of bulk Excel specification uploads and a workflow for issuing withholding tax receipts.
