Project Overview
A responsive platform with a 2-role structure (caregiver/admin) that allows caregivers to instantly issue their employment and qualification certificates as A4 PDFs on mobile, with payment proof issued after admin approval.
Admin Dashboard & Integrated Management
Easily monitor the status of pending approvals, today's issuances, registered caregivers, and monthly cumulative issuance as KPIs. The system is designed for integrated management of caregiver (member) and customer information, along with recent activity logs.
Document Issuance Flow
Four types of certificates (employment certificate, membership certificate, copy of qualification certificate, business registration certificate) are issued instantly, while three types of receipts (receipt, invoice, confirmation letter) are issued after approval, implementing a dual flow. Instant issuance documents and those requiring approval are visually distinguished by badge colors and guidance messages to enhance usability.
Receipt Approval Workflow
We have completed a payment proof management flow that includes caregiver expense receipts, invoices, and verification requests → admin approval/rejection → automatic PDF issuance upon approval. We implemented real-time UI updates based on approval status (pending/approved/rejected) changes and designed the entire workflow as a click flow, including real-time status updates and toast notifications upon approval.
