AI-Based Travel Agency Automation System

Project Overview

We built a B2B SaaS platform for the travel industry (inbound land operators and travel agencies) that automates the integrated management of quotes, bookings, and operations. This multi-tenant B2B platform allows overseas travel agencies to handle everything from quote requests to itinerary creation, booking confirmation, and payment, while operational staff, partners, and managers can manage events in their own workspaces.

We designed a dashboard for overseas travel agency representatives from Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and more, allowing them to easily view ongoing schedules, pending payments, confirmed bookings, and upcoming events. They can explore recommended packages (Jeju, Seoul, Busan, Tongyeong, etc.) by theme, create new itineraries, or book hotels individually for a seamless shopping experience.

The AI chatbot instantly responds to inquiries from travel agency representatives regarding payment channels, refund policies, room changes, etc., by automatically referencing context based on the quote number. For complex requests that the AI cannot handle, it escalates to the responsible OP in real-time, ensuring a smooth transition from AI to human within a single conversation channel.

Key performance indicators such as itinerary confirmation, payment pending, reservation confirmation, total passengers, total tour costs, and sourcing issues are aggregated. The Gantt view by tour code visualizes details such as responsible OP, guide, accommodation, sourcing history, number of people, and amounts by date. The upcoming event D-day panel prioritizes imminent schedules, and various views such as month/day/Gantt/calendar/daily deposits are designed for easy switching.

Partner hotels can monitor today's occupancy, weekly revenue, upcoming reservations, and unconfirmed status in real-time on their own dashboard. They can manage weekly inventory by room type in a calendar view. When creating an itinerary, inventory is automatically deducted, and reservation details such as tour code, agency, nationality, check-in/out dates, and amounts can be viewed at a glance, with automatic settlement and the ability to download monthly and reservation-specific settlement details and statements directly from the hotel portal.
